ECO-PAGES 2004 is the first bilingual edition, which lists out environmental contacts in English and Chinese from over 140 countries. It is initiated and compiled by a non profit making organisation, The Hong Kong Sustainable Communications Association (HKSCA), advised by the University of Hong Kong, and well supported by over 40 trade associations, consulates, environmental organisations, private companies, and a group of volunteers and advertisers.
